CANCELLATIONS
Full payment is required upon booking. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to your tour start date for a full refund minus an administrative fee of 10% or $20 (whichever is greater). Cancellations made within 14 days prior to your tour start date will receive no refund. Note the Special Circumstances section below.
DATE CHANGES
You may change the date or time of your tour up to 14 days prior to your tour start date, to any time that is available. After one change has been made you will be charged a processing fee of 10% or $20 (which ever is greater) for any subsequent changes. For the purpose of calculating the refund amount due under this cancellation policy for tours which have had the date changed by you and are then cancelled by you, the ‘tour start date’ will be considered the earliest date of either your new ‘tour start date’ or the original ‘tour start date’.
WEATHER
The cancellation of a tour due to weather is at our discretion. If we cancel your tour you will be refunded in full or offered to change to another available date. You may be contacted regarding the suitability of operating the tour, which may involve your agreement to a modified tour. When a modified tour is an option then you will be given the option to cancel or accept the modified tour. If you choose to cancel we will provide a full refund. If you accept the modified tour a refund or additional charge may be payable to or by you, of which the details will be presented as part of your modified tour option. Due to operating in the Canadian Rocky Mountains there is a reasonable expectation that adverse weather conditions will be experienced and it is your responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn. You should be prepared for sudden weather changes, even on days forecast for good weather. We will do everything we can to ensure you are comfortable on the tour however no refund will be issued if miss any part of the tour due to being unprepared for adverse weather. It is at our discretion to forbid you from participating in parts of the tour that may be hazardous to you due to you not being properly prepared for adverse weather conditions, no refund will be payable to you.
CLOSURE
Third party closures (including for example, roads or ski-lifts) may impact your tour. It is at our discretion if these closures cause the tour to be cancelled, modified or delayed. You may be contacted to discuss your preferences regarding modifications or delays, however any changes are at our discretion. If we consider the modified tour to be so vastly different that it is a new tour type then we will give you the option to cancel or accept the new tour. If you choose to cancel we will provide a full refund. If you accept the new tour a refund or additional charge may be payable to or by you, of which the details will be presented as part of your new tour option.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Please contact us for any special circumstances regarding your cancellation, we may choose to offer refunds greater than that which this policy allows. This is at the discretion of Tours With Photos.
